ENFPs

enjoy both small talk and deep, meaningful conversations, which are just two sides of the same coin for them
While emotional expression is healthy and natural
Husband: I'm just like Shakespeare
it can take years for a partner to navigate their bewildering depth and intensity
the question is always are people who are S or F kinda stupid but of course the test doesn't measure
a drive to express ideas about a mystical, all-encompassing energy, in the confines of a physical world
Cousin: does that mean we're exact opposites?
This kind of social stress is the bugbear
Mom friend: definitely less of a J than I used to be
even possessors of an altruistic wisdom that goes beyond draconian law
Jen turned into an S after 3 kids I am feeling PRETTY CONFLICTED
As their adolescent children withdraw, they leave an unsolved mystery
I said who wouldn't want a manic pixie dream mom
Michael Scott from The Office
Phil Dunphy from Modern Family
Piper Chapman from Orange Is the New Black
Hoban Washburne from Firefly
Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games
Jennifer Keller from Stargate Atlantis
Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City

  1. Something I've noticed: gays love the Myers-Briggs test! What is it about the drive to self-classification? (Although, to be compared to Peeta is the highest compliment, because: dreamy.)

  2. Lol I guess peeta is technically dreamy but he's always, like, half-dead somewhere, stressful!! That is very interesting re: Myers Briggs as gay icon/classification tool. I hadn't noticed that, but I can believe it. I'm also having trouble classifying the people I know who are really into it. Neurotic? Also I think a lot of introverts are into it bc it makes them feel understood and not just shamed for being shy. What is the Myers Briggs type that is the most into Myers Briggs? My guess is INTP.
