[Tempera on paper; by Congo]

         camou-
flage  your
         colored
flagellates
  ‘cause every
mark
     in this
field’s
    fair game,
  meaning:
duck
        and
cover
      meaning:
heavy on the
      tar,
             light
on the feather
        “Pop!”
goes Congo’s
   paintball
gun
         “Isn’t it
fun?”
     whispers
one cross-
          hair
to the
          other
