The Secretary reported, 1920-1927

that Dame Helen Gwynne-Vaughan had accepted the terms proposed for the publication of Volume I of her Morphology of
     Fungi
that “Sappho & the Isle of Lesbos”, by Miss M. M. Patrick, had been declined
that consideration of Miss E. K. Pearce’s Typical Flies, Series II was deferred
     pending an estimate
that Mrs S. E. Hopper’s ‘Book of Daily Thoughts’ had been declined
that Miss C. Baynes was not able to publish her Coptic Gnostic Work on commission

  2. Totally! I didn't mean to include to many negative decisions-- some ladies had books accepted, too! But these had the best titles.
